Although we firmly believe that hand sketches and drawings are the best methods of communication in Architecture and design, we are trained and capable (but not necessary limited to) the following Computer Aided Architectural Design programs:

Our team is efficient, organized and pro-active throughout our Construction Document production phase. Communication is the real key to our process and our Principals take a “hands-on” approach to all projects and are actively involved in all projects from beginning to end..
Minimizing Errors & Omissions:
P-LINE upholds our commitment to produce quality Construction Documents through our rigorous qa/qc process. Our change order history speaks for itself, as change order amounts were kept well below 10% of the Bid/Contract amount on all of our projects.
