HISTORY
P-LINE was founded in 1996 by Marcelino 'Leny' Gallego, an experienced practitioner in Design and Public Works Inspection, with over 30 years of professional, managerial and technical experience in the construction industry.
Mr. Gallego founded his firm while working in conjunction with several Architectural Firms on planning, design, management, and regulatory plan check reviews of school projects. With this experience, Mr. Gallego consequently branched into building inspection services as a California Department of the State Architect (DSA) Certified Building Inspector, working on public school construction projects, eventually moving on to provide Architectural Design and Planning Services to several School Districts across Southern California.
